We highly recommend booking your tour in advance. However, in the case of late/last-minute bookings, we should be able to accommodate them depending on hotel availability.
No, we don’t sell both international and domestic ticketing.

Egyptians are hospitable and friendly people. Most of the people you talk to will find you friendly. Always speak to the people you feel like talking to. Avoid people who are too eager to help you or want you to buy them something.
We advise our guests to drink bottled water and bottled drinks. Coffee or tea should be taken hot. Tipping is a way of life in Egypt, and bus drivers and tour guides expect it at restaurants.
Here is a rough guide to tipping:
A bus driver for a group day tour: LE 150,-
Guide for a group day tour: LE 200,-
The bus driver for a private day tour: LE 100,-
Guide for a private day tour: LE 150,-
Baggage handling: LE 05, – per bag per trip
These tips will be given to the driver and guide after the services.
Nile Cruise: The Tip is about 3 to 5 US$ Per Person per Night.
For Example, if you are 2 Persons and have a 4 4-night cruise, your Tip Amount will be 4 US$ x 4 Nights x 2 Persons = 32 US$.
So you leave 32 US$ at the End of your Cruise Trip.
Most foreign currencies, cash, or traveler’s cheques can easily be changed in Egypt. There are many exchange bureaus in the larger cities, but they mainly only deal in cash. Visa and MasterCard are suitable for cash advances, and American Express, JCB cards, and Euro cards can be used in a wide range of shops and hotels. If you travel to lesser tourist areas while touring Egypt, the best currencies are US dollars, Pounds Sterling, and Egyptian Pounds.
Banking is usually open Sunday to Thursday: 0830 to 1400 hours.
All the major currencies, including the Euro and US$ $ are accepted in Egypt. Also, all the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) are accepted in Egypt.
We need 50% of the total tour cost at the time of confirmation of the tour. This is to be sure that you’re booking a genuine one, and we can go ahead with the reservations. The rest of the Payment must be paid upon arrival on a Cash Basis.
Deciding when to come to Egypt depends a lot on where you want to go. Everywhere south of Cairo is uncomfortably hot in the summer months (June-August), especially Luxor and Aswan, so winter (December-February) is the best time to visit these areas. Summer is also the time when the Mediterranean coast is at its most crowded, but winter in Cairo can get pretty cool. March to May or September to November is the best time to enjoy the warm days without the crush of bodies on the beaches and the midday heat of high summer.
Our Private Tour Package means you will have your own private local tour guide, private vehicle, and private driver for your group. You don’t have to share the vehicle with others. Your tour guide will take care of only your group. With the help of your private tour guide.
If you are traveling with your family or a group of friends, a private tour for your group is ideal. As you will have more people in the group, the price won’t be much higher than a join-in group tour. It is a good way to save money and enjoy ultimate service.
Passports should be valid for at least six months after you depart from the country. Please do not bring a nearly full or nearly expired passport. Visa arrangements are the traveler’s responsibility, and requirements are subject to change by local authorities.
We recommend that you contact your closest Egyptian consulate or embassy for current information about your nationality.
In general, official advice is that all nationalities obtain their Egyptian visas in advance, as we cannot guarantee that you can get them at the airport. Or you can get an online e-visa. Please do not use any other website, as many scam sites are offering Egypt e-visas.
In practice, however, many nationalities (including British and European, Australian, New Zealand, USA, and Canadian) can and do obtain their visas on arrival at Cairo airport. The process is much quicker and simpler, the cost is currently US$25 p/p and must be paid in hard currency (i.e, GBP, USD, or EUR) – you’ll be given a change in local currency if necessary.
There are no forms to fill in, and you don’t need to bring passport photos. Visas are issued at one of the bank desks in the immigration hall before you get to passport control. Our representative will have met you by this stage and will assist with the process.
All African & Indian nationals, and some others, will need to obtain their visas in advance.
