No. It is the same guides, the same vehicles and the same hotel rates as the packages — the itinerary is just arranged around you. Where it costs more is if you ask for more: better hotels, longer, or a private Dahabiya instead of a cruise cabin.
One working day at the outside, usually a few hours. Complicated briefs — three weeks, several regions, a large group — sometimes take two days because we are checking real availability rather than guessing.
No. No deposit and no fee. You get a full day-by-day itinerary with named hotels and a price before anything is committed.
As many as you need. Half our guests go through two or three versions before it is right, and that is what the consultant is for.
We can quote them if it is easier to have everything in one place, but most guests find their own and let us handle everything from the airport onwards.
