Egypt 10 Day Classic Tours and Hurghada Holiday
Exploring attractions with the famous history in and around Cairo and visiting the Great Pyramids and Sphinx monument, Egyptian Museum.
You will also experience Alexandria and visit Summer Montazah Palace, the Citadel of Qaitbay Bombay’s Pillar, and the Catacombs of Komel-Shokafa.
Travel by sleeper train to discover famous history in and around Aswan and visit the Temple of Philae, Unfinished Obelisk, and High Dam.
In Luxor, visit the Temple of Kom Ombo and the Temple of Edfu. After that, discover famous history in and around Luxor by visiting some of the most important relics of Ancient Egypt starting to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut, and, the two Colossi of Memnon.
Enjoy, with your guide the famous history of the Temple of Karnak and the Temple of Luxor. At the end of your Holiday, you will enjoy an amazingly relaxing time in Hurghada through activities by the Red Sea.

The first thing you can expect when traveling with Min Travel is a safe journey that arrives in plenty of time. Upon arrival in Cairo, our Min Travel representative will assist you through passport control formalities, luggage identification & portage will greet you. You will be transferred by a private A/C car or mini-bus to your hotel to check in and Overnight in Cairo.
Following breakfast, check out of the hotel. The day starts with a guided tour in Giza to visit the legendary majestic Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerionos to view these spectacular man-made monuments. Afterward, a tour of the great Sphinx; guarding the Royal Burial Chambers and Temple of Cheops.
Next is a visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, which was established in 1902, near the city center of Cairo. Finally, at the end of the day tour was transferred to the rail station to board overnight on the sleeper train to Aswan.
Upon arrival at Aswan Railway station, Your guide for the day will pick you up and begin your guided tour by A/C Car with a visit to the romantic Temple of Philae or Isis Temple dedicated to the cow-headed goddess Hathor. The Temple was started by Ptolemy III and continued by Ptolemy IV, but never completed.
In the afternoon, visit the Unfinished Obelisk in the granite quarries. The tour ends with a visit to the High Dam. The Dam which is 7 Km high, is one of the biggest dams in the world. At the end of the day tour, return to your hotel in Aswan.

Your Egyptologist tour guide will pick you up from the Aswan Hotel and visit Kom Ombo (Temple shared by the two Gods Sobek and Haroeris).
After that, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Finally, at the end of the day tour transfer to your hotel in Luxor.

After breakfast, in the hotel, Transfer with a guided tour to visit the Valley of the Kings, where the ancient mummies have been discovered the Valley of the Kings has two components – the East Valley and the West Valley.
After that, visit the Temple of Hatshepsut named Deir El Bahari, one of the most beautiful of the royal mortuary temples, and the two Colossi of Memnon.
The tour ends with a visit to the Karnak Temple, It is a city of temples built over 2000 years and dedicated to the Theban triad of Amon, Mut, and Khonsu.
After that, visit the Temple of Luxor is close to the Nile and parallel to the riverbank. King Amenhotep III who reined 1390-53 BC, built this beautiful Temple and dedicated it to Amon-Re, king of the gods, his consort Mut, and their son Khonsu. Finally, at the end of the day tour will transfer to your hotel in Luxor.

This day is free for your activities in Hurghada.

Your guide for the day will pick you up and transfer you, cutting across 220 Kilometers of the Western desert from Cairo to the city of Alexandria, the bride of the Mediterranean Sea.
The trip takes about 03 hours. Upon arrival, your tour leader will take you to visit the Montazah Summer Palace, walk around, and enjoy the Montazah Gardens. Originally built in 1892, it was the summer home of the Egyptian Royal family.
Following lunch, you will visit the fort and Citadel of Qaitbay (outside), which was built around 1480 by the Mamluk Sultan Qaitbay.
Next is a visit to the Bibliotheca Alexandria, which was founded in the 3rd century BC, shortly after the founding of the city as a new capital of Egypt by Alexander the Great.
The day ends with a visit to the Catacomb of Komel-Shokafa. These tombs were tunneled into the bedrock in the age of the Antonine emperors (2nd century A.D.) for a single wealthy family still practicing the ancient religion. Finally, at the end of the day tour will transfer to your hotel in Cairo.
After breakfast, at the hotel, our Min Travel representative will pick you up. Then, transfer you to the airport and assist you at the airport through final departure.

Egyptians are hospitable and friendly people. Most of the people you talk to you will find friendly. Always speak to the people you feel like talking to. Avoid people who are too eager to help you or want you to buy you something.
We advise our guests to drink bottled water and bottled drinks. Coffee Tea should be taken hot. If you are traveling without a guide in Egypt you may ask the waiter not to put any chilies in the ordered dish. Most foreign currencies, cash, or traveler’s cheque can easily be changed in Egypt. There are many exchange bureaus in the larger cities but they mainly only deal in cash. Visa and MasterCard are suitable for cash advances and American Express JCB cards and Euro cards can be used in a wide range of shops and hotels. If you travel to lesser tourist areas while touring Egypt, the best currencies are US dollars, Pounds Sterling, and Egyptian Pounds.

Deciding when to come to Egypt depends a lot on where you want to go. Everywhere south of Cairo is uncomfortably hot in the summer months (June-August), especially Luxor and Aswan, so winter (December-February) is the best time to visit these areas. Summer is also the time when the Mediterranean coast is at its most crowded, but winter in Cairo can get pretty cool. March to May or September to November is the best time to enjoy the warm days without the crush of bodies on the beaches and the midday heat of high summer.

In general official advice is that all nationalities obtain their Egypt visas in advance, as we cannot guarantee that you can get them at the airport. Or you can get An online e-visa. Please do not use any other website as many scam sites are offering Egypt e-visas.
In practice, however, many nationalities (including British and European, Australian, New Zealand, USA, and Canadian) can and do obtain their visas on arrival at Cairo airport. The process is much quicker and simpler, the cost is currently US$25 p/p and must be paid in hard currency (i.e. GBP, USD, or EUR) – you’ll be given a change in local currency if necessary.
There are no forms to fill in and you don’t need to bring passport photos. Visas are issued at one of the bank desks in the immigration hall before you get to passport control. Our representative will have met you by this stage and will assist with the process.
